After living in the United States for a while, Lucas (Business owner) found himself on a mission: to rediscover the authentic Italian flavors he had grown to love during his time in Rome. He visited countless restaurants, searching for that genuine taste of Italy, but it was harder to find than he expected. That’s when Lucas had an idea—if he couldn’t find it, he’d create it himself.
Driven by his passion for sharing the rich, authentic taste of Italian cuisine, Lucas started Ten Pasta. His goal? To bless as many people as possible with the true flavors of Italy that he loves so much. But Lucas wanted to do more than just serve great food; he wanted to make it accessible to everyone. That’s where the name Ten Pasta comes from—all our dishes are just $10.

Born in Brazil, Lucas discovered his love for food at an early age. At the age of 9, his life took a flavorful turn when his family moved to Rome, Italy. Immersed in the heart of Italian culture, Lucas quickly developed a deep appreciation for the art of authentic Italian cooking.
During his time in Rome, Lucas had the incredible opportunity to learn from some of Italy's finest chefs. From mastering the delicate balance of flavors in classic pasta dishes to perfecting the art of hand-crafted pizzas, Lucas honed his skills by embracing the traditions and secrets of true Italian cuisine.
These invaluable experiences not only shaped Lucas as a chef but also ignited a lifelong passion for sharing the magic of Italian food with others.
